The main concept of this project is to provide a place for dignity and happiness for elderly people. The institution shall provide professional, friendly, medical, and social support.
The suggested study is a variable universal concept. It is not bound to any specific location, but the construction units and elements can be modified to fit the location and its requirements.
The outdoor space in front of the entrance is surrounded by three separate wings. The arrangement of the assembly creates a courtyard that serves both the residents of the resort and village. The entrance is used both as a reception and café with outdoor seating. The patio has a similar set up.
The award-winning building in the historic center of the city solved an unsightly corner gap.
