Construction of a new housing project, Neředín Garden, has begun in Olomouc. On the western outskirts of the city, it will offer around fifty apartments in a modern and exceptional architectural design set in a green garden. The Neředín Garden complex will also offer several commercial units, and the project also includes an original café in the garden. The ceremonial opening of the Neředín Garden construction with the laying of the foundation stone took place on February 28. It should be completed by the end of 2026.
After more than 60 years the church no longer serves as a book warehouse. It has become an important cultural hub for the city.
