The reconstruction concept derives from the existing pedestrian passage connecting the Upper Square with Trida Svobody in Olomouc. The focus of the new design is to tidy and brighten up the current shabby passage. It is like a breath of fresh air. Together with the other renovation projects in the historical city center, the passage too uplifts the mood and raises the quality bar of life in this urban area.
The attractive central location of the passage offers a great opportunity to use the space for gastronomy and culinary purposes. The passage and its commercial units are planned to be redesigned as a community space.
The citizens and customers will be able to do food shopping and tasting, relax and enjoy refreshments, but also attend cultural events all in one place.
The reclamation of the gardens and the realization of the new cafe are intended to create a more welcoming place for clients to meet with family and friends.
